I have never flown before.  Can you provide me the instruction I need to fly and manage my own aircraft?

Absolutely! Even if you have never taken a lesson, we can start you from scratch and provide all the flight and ground training you need to be a competent and proficient pilot.

How much do your services cost?

We charge 4.5% of the final sales price as a buyers agent, and 3% as a sellers agent.  This is one-quarter to one-half less than the standard rate for most brokers, and in addition, we provide many more services.   And through negotiations, we frequently reduce the cost of the aircraft several percent ,which, along with the included inspection and flight training, often mean you save money with our services.

I found a broker that will buy a plane for me for 3%.  Why should I use your services at 4.5%.

To start, we include many services in our fee that a traditional broker does not.  We include the pre-buy/annual inspection, delivery costs, detailing, and flight training.  In addition, a broker that charges 3% will also try and work a 3% comission from the seller making their final comission 6%.  We also will attempt to work a 3% comission from the seller.  If successful, that 3% is deducted from your fee, so you pay 1.5% of the final sales price.

Why do you pay for the pre-buy/annual inspection when other brokers do not?

We want to insure that you are buying an aircraft in an airworthy condition and reduce the chances of any maintenance surprises. We want you completely satisfied with your purchase, and the only way we can guarantee your satisfaction is to require a complete and thorough inspection of the aircraft & logs.

Why do you pay for my training when other brokers do not?

We want you to be completely comfortable in your new aircraft. Even if you are experienced in the aircraft you are purchasing, consider adding on a new certificate, completing a flight review or instrument competency check, or taking an emergency procedures simulator course.

I am selling an airplane and you will pay for the buyer's flight training?

Yes. We provide training for the buyer of your aircraft to provide an added incentive for them to purchase your aircraft.  We also want them to be just as happy buying your aircraft as you are selling yours.

Do you require any up front cost?

We require a retainer of 1% of the estimated final sales cost.  This is to cover the inspection and other costs as a buyer's agent, and inspection, detailing, and advertising costs as a seller's agent.

What if I decide not to buy/sell after services have been retained?

You will only be responsible for costs incurred and a $500 cancellation fee. The rest of your retainer will be returned in full.
