This price includes the Clifford Development engine upgrade to Williams engines that are more powerful and significantly more fuel efficient.  The previous 1700 mile range is increased to 2,900 miles at long range cruise.  The fuel capacity is not increase at all to achieve the extra range.  In addition, the new engines are much lighter than the old ones which increases the payload carrying capacity.  

The upgraded engines also decrease noise of the aircraft allowing landings to be made at even the most noise sensitive airports.  The interior noise is also significantly reduced making the flight much more pleasurable for your passengers.

Also included is an avionics upgrade to Collins Proline 21 which is the system currently being installed on all new Citations.  The system is equipped with the most advanced traffic and ground proximity warning systems available today.

The Pilatus PC-12 is a very efficient singe engine turboprop.  A brand new PC-12 is over $4.5M, but a used one is just as capable for millions less.  The $2.75 million price is an estimate to purchase a used PC-12 and overhaul its engine, update its avionics, and new or reconditioned paint and interior.
